Set of six handmade crochet baubles created from rescued baubles and covered by hand in repurposed variegated pink 4ply yarn.
Made using the same yarn throughout, every bauble develops its own completely different pattern as the colour changes through shades of pink, blush, cream, lilac and berry. No two are identical, but together they make one brilliantly coordinated and totally unique set.
Perfect for pink fans, colourful Christmas trees and anyone who'd rather their decorations weren't mass-produced.

Six baubles that match without actually matching.
If perfectly identical Christmas decorations are your thing, these probably aren't going to behave themselves.
This set of six crochet baubles has been made using the same variegated pink 4ply yarn, but because the colours change throughout the yarn, every single bauble has developed its own stripe pattern as I've crocheted.
One has more deep pink. Another moves through lilac and cream. Another has soft blush shades before suddenly deciding it's time for a great big hit of raspberry.
They are all different.
They all complement each other.
And put together, they make a rather fabulous set of six.
Old baubles, new job
As with all of my crochet baubles at Made in the Button Room, I haven't bought brand-new plastic baubles simply to cover them up.
The baubles underneath are rescued, reused or unwanted decorations that already existed. Instead of being thrown away, they've made their way to Button Room HQ where I give them a new job and, in this case, a rather spectacular pink crocheted jumper.
The variegated 4ply yarn has also been repurposed/recycled, making use of yarn that already existed rather than buying new yarn especially for the collection.
It's all part of my approach to designing out waste where I can and making something genuinely lovely from materials that still have plenty of life left in them.
For the pink fans
There's no getting around it. These are pink.
Very pink.
And if you're somebody who believes Christmas decorations should involve raspberry, blush, lilac, candy pink and a little bit of sparkle, I suspect we've found your baubles.
They'd look brilliant:

- mixed amongst your existing decorations
- hanging from a garland or fairy lights
- incorporated into a wreath or festive display
- grouped together in a decorative bowl

The photographs in this listing show the actual set of six baubles you will receive.
Because they're all crocheted using the same variegated yarn, they work beautifully as a collection, but the colour changes fall differently on every bauble.
That's why you'll see different stripes, bands and blocks of colour across the set. It's not something I've tried to make uniform, it's exactly what makes this set so good.
The rescued baubles underneath may also vary slightly in construction, hanging top or finish and can have marks or imperfections hidden underneath their crochet covers.
They're handmade from repurposed materials, not six identical decorations rolling off a production line.
One yarn. Six personalities. Absolutely no chance of another set being exactly the same.
Your baubles will be carefully packaged using recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible.
I prioritise protecting your order while avoiding unnecessary new packaging. That means your parcel might not always arrive surrounded by layers of traditionally 'pretty' packaging, because there is quite enough packaging going to waste already.
It will be carefully packed. It will be protected. It just won't have unnecessary packaging added purely for appearances.

These handmade crochet baubles are intended for indoor decorative use only. They are not designed or manufactured as toys and should not be played with.
Keep out of reach of babies and young children. Each bauble includes a hanging cord and may contain small or detachable components which could present a choking or entanglement hazard. Please also keep away from pets.
Handle with care. As these baubles are made using repurposed decorations, the bauble underneath and its fittings may vary slightly. Do not pull, twist or place excessive pressure on the hanging fitting or crocheted covering.
Keep away from naked flames, candles, heaters and other direct sources of heat. Do not place directly against decorative lights or other electrical items that become hot.
Cleaning: If required, gently surface wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a small amount of mild washing-up liquid. Do not soak, immerse in water or machine wash. Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, solvents or other cleaning fluids. Allow to air dry naturally and completely before storing or displaying again.
Storage: Store somewhere clean and dry, away from damp, excessive heat and direct sunlight. To help protect the crochet covering, avoid crushing the bauble or placing heavy objects on top of it during storage.
Before each use, check the bauble, hanging cord and fitting for signs of damage or looseness. Discontinue use if any part becomes damaged, broken or detached.
Due to the handmade nature of these decorations and the use of repurposed materials, small variations and minor imperfections are to be expected and form part of the individual character of each bauble.
